Brilliant news, I think this is just what we need. Gutted not to be doing this meeting, but I hope it goes well for all that are racing and that the TV coverage stays with us in 2010!

I hope the Mk1s (& the Mk3s for that matter) get a little coverage this time.

It being "blokes" TV i think the best thing to ensure coverage would be some second world war american bomber style naked ladies on the side of the car, beer ads (while you can) and then to explode in a massive fire ball in a highly improbabable way on about lap four! I'd watch that! My own plan is to offer bribes to the film crew.

So when does the first broadcast come out then?

Well I did my best but the car let me down. I think my first lap blast in race two from last on the grid to 16th passing 13 !! cars (some of whom helped by getting off the road! Ta very much like) and then expiering in a cloud of steam on lap two was good, but the beer ads and naked ladies came off and the steam put out the pyrotechnics so in the end it was a damp squib and my chances of fame were gone.
Exciting one and a half laps tho! If I can sort the cooling issues out i seem to have built a bloody fast car.

Don't worry pal, cooling issues seem to be the flavour of the month. Let's hope next month they are less, err...tasty???

Hi all

First chance to see the TV coverage of the Snetterton double-header will be on Race and Rally UK on Motors TV next Friday at 9.15pm. Several repeats over the following days, and it should appear on five a few weeks later. Having seen the edit it should be well worth watching.
