paddock noise

Is it just me or does anybody else think its pretty damm rude of people to be running jennys or partying untill well after midnight in the paddock. If you race on a Saturday and do well, then a few beers and enjoying the glow of success is well earned, but should that be at the expence of the people racing on the Sunday? I really don't want to be a killjoy, but It seems pointless spending hard earned money and hours in the workshop if your too knackered to race 'cos some inconsiderate idiot is shouting their head off or running their jenny so they can watch "strictly" till one in the morning.
The finals do always say jennys must not be run after ten but it seems quite a few take no notice. Why is that? Do people not notice the time or is it that they don't think that particular part of the regs applys to them?
In the last three meetings I have had to break up a fight, ask for jennys to be turned off at one in the morning, asked for music to be turned down at past midnight and had some idiot pitch their tent three feet (literally!!) from mine in a huge empty field and then snore ALL NIGHT like a buzz saw.
Polite asking may give way to p2ssing in jenny fuel tanks soon
