Calling all Mk1 drivers

Postby racing relic on Wed May 27, 2009 9:39 pm

Calling all Mk1 drivers, Jonathan, Bob, David, Hassen, Nick and any others who are considering taking part this year but have not yet done so. Lets support David and Ben Rowe who have competed at every meeting so far which is a great achievement considering the distance they travel. Hugh and I are only doing a few races this year and would like to encourage as many of the old gang as possible to make a weekend of close racing and good company at Cadwell in July. We will be camping at the track so BBQs and beer are the order of the weekend. Hope to see you there. Regards Arthur.

And the Rowes will be at Anglesey and cadwell as well. Def would look forward to some more mk1's to race against. finally found some decent speed at cadwell! before the adjustment bolt snapped off the alienator and i had no water pump . . arse. only two and a half secs off your lap record . . . . er, a way to go as well then.

see you at cadwell

Looking forward to Cadwell, hoping to see as many MK1's as possible, if you are only going to do one weekend this season make sure it is this one. Get your entries in.
Hope everyone is well.

Cadwell should be my first meeting this year (hoping to get to all the subsequent ones too). I'm really looking forward to seeing what Cadwell's all about & if this is going to be the mk1 race of the season, well then there's no way I want to miss this!

See you all out there!
